Refund Policy

1. Overview

At MEIJIN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer refunds on eligible items as outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable"
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without their original tags and packaging
  • Gift cards

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@meijinfashion.com or through your account dashboard to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  3. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided with your RA number.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days after we've approved your return, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. Refunds for Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or incorrect.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@meijinfashion.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return shipping label if needed.
