1. Our Return Policy

At MEIJIN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without their original tags and packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your MEIJIN account and go to "Order History" or contact our customer service at returns@meijinfashion.com.
  2. Request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided with your RA number using a trackable shipping method.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For international returns, please note that any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

5. Processing Your Return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@meijinfashion.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return shipping label if needed.

8. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

9. Returns Without Authorization

Returns that are shipped without an RA number may experience significant delays in processing or may not be eligible for refund. We strongly recommend following our return procedure to ensure timely processing.
