1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Options & Rates

We offer the following shipping options for orders shipped within the United States:

3. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Canada: 5-7 business days
  • Europe: 7-10 business days
  • Australia/NZ: 7-12 business days
  • Asia: 10-14 business days
  • Other regions: 10-21 business days

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. MEIJIN has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL to deliver your orders. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on the shipping method you choose and your location.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided or directly on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Some remote locations may have limited shipping options or require additional delivery time. If your address falls into this category, we will contact you after you place your order.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the package from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately at shipping@meijinfashion.com with your order number and details of the issue. Common issues include:

  • Package marked as delivered but not received
  • Damaged package upon delivery
  • Incorrect items received

9. Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We will post current estimated processing times on our website during these periods.
